I looked after assembling organization in terms of flow organization, working cycles, plant layout, assembling tools and workstations, taking care of products already in production.

I’ve been implementing the Lean Production Project leading interfunctional teams, mapping and improving internal workflows, developing and introducing logistic and productive kan-bans, flow balancing techniques, SMED and flexibility techniques. I have also taken part in the TPM project and in Supply Chain Project (supplier’s production improvement, cost analysis of the product, product simplification). I’ve developed a Lean Production Audit which evaluates logistic and production systems.
