I have functional responsibility on accounting activities made in local branches. SAP is the accounting system. A monthly report based on IFRS is made for Mother Company.Focus on specific activities: The group in Italy is formed by 5 companies. A deep reengineering of accounting and controlling processes and procedures have been accomplished during my experience in Geodis with the centralization of accounting and treasury (cash pooling) for the Group Companies.
