I have 17 year experience and 10 in multinational consulting firms, I managed projects in different markets (Italian Public Administration, Postal services, Mint, Pharmaceutical, Telco) and different areas: process re-engineering, supply chain, financial monitor and controlling, change management, Performance management, IT Strategy. I challenged the project's complexity in different forms: Technological and Systemic complexity due to system trasformation and optimization (i.e. Italian Public Debt IT system passed from 14 IT system to 1), Governance complexity due to manage different 3rd parties groups, different Client business unit, different expectations and agendas and ambiguity that is a common aspect in programs and projects with complexity.In the last 5 years I developed Bid management and Deal financial shaping skills for complex deals (the biggest deal was for 1.2 billion of Euro for Cloud and Big Data services).
