Establish and communicate the scope and objectives for the audit to appropriate management.Develop an understanding of the business area under review and assess the economical and efficient use of resources.Perform risk assessments and describe the key risks facing the business activities within the scope of the audit.Develop and execute a risk-based sampling and testing approach to determine whether the most important management controls are operating as intended.Determine the level of compliance with established laws, rules, policies and procedures and recommend adoption of desirable policies or changes to existing policies.Report issues identified and negotiate action plans with management to address the problems.Follow-up on the adequacy of corrective actions at appropriate intervals.

Achieve regulatory compliance by controlling and tracking changes.Minimize the adverse impact of necessary changes on system integrity, security and the service level agreements.Allow the coordination and planning of changes in order to provide a stable production environment.

Evaluate the risk and exposures of potential clients. Decide how much coverage the client should receive, how much they should pay for it, or whether even to accept the risk and insure them.

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;Develop full scale project plans;Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
