Coordinate daily work assignments, re-assign personnel as needed to maintain schedule. • Provide guidance and leadership to supervisory subordinates in planning operations to meet established schedules within budget. • Understand project needs and requirements, grow customer relationships, build company integrity, continuously improving customer satisfaction. • Analyse operation outputs and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Assure that all site facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operated.
