As Project Manager I directly report to the Project Management Director.I supervise the feasibility analysis and the project initiation: I integrate the project plan with detailed activities and I calculate target costs of the project.I work as an effective interface between internal and external stakeholders to define the application and the installation lay-out.I manage the site survey when necessary and I check all necessary installation requirements.I monitor the project timing, costs, risks, resources and possible change requests from the customer. I follow project closure and its relative invoicing.

As Operations Manager (15 team members) I reported directly to the Projects DirectorI had direct reports on Project Engineering (Mechanics and Controls), Purchases of the plant, Production and Service.Since 2014 I've managed Quality Assurance as Quality Coordinator for the Italian UnitI defined the responsibilities and the organization in the Plant and I managed projects follow up and the alignment of the factory with group targets.Since 2014 I've managed Projects of different sizes as Project Manager following standar Project Management practices of PMI.I worked together with other companies of the Flexlink and COESIA group to build up sinergies in purchases and projects management.Objectives accomplished:Got the ISO9000 certification and mapping of all processes in 4 months65% reduction of the stock value in 3 years.5% Improvement of Final Project Costs compared to original Budget Project Cost.

As Operations Manager (8 team members) I report directly to the CEO of the Business Unit. I manage all the operation activities of the plant, from procurement (purchasing and sourcing), to controlling of production and inventory management to satisfy customer needs and contractual agreements and also the budget objectives from the group. Furthermore I have a full responsibility over Quality Department. In the end I follow up costing information

As Plant Manager (7 team members) I report directly to the GM and COO of the Business Unit.I manage all the technical/operational activities of the plant, from procurement (purchasing and sourcing), to controlling of production to satisfy customer needs and contractual agreements and also the budget objectives from the group. Furthermore I have a full responsibility over assets management, as I have a proxy for purchasing of assets and raw materials.I directly follow the management of HR and also of all the regulations concerning environment and safety. In the end I follow up costing information and I work together with Group Sales Dept.for general pricing strategy.

From 2006 to 2009Production and Project Manager (5 team members): I reported directly to the GM and the Business Unit COOI managed the operations in the factory and I had supervision on Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics, Production Planning and furthermore I had the responsibility on the management of the Big Projects of the plantFrom 2004 to 2006Production Planning, Purchasing and Logistics Manager (3 direct reports). I reported to the GM. During the fast growth years of the factory I managed the master planning of the plant and I did production capabilities analyses. Furthermore I sourced new suppliers and worked closely with the existing ones to improve their performances. For Logistics I concentrated my activity on improving levels of service of deliveries to the customers

As a young employee in the main plant of the group, in Florence, I personally followed up, working in the logistics department, the project dealing with automatic issues of items for the industrial warehouse and the optimization of the safety levels of these items.
