Main task in my job by Stevanato Group consists in performing feasibility study for customers who intend to buy a Phamaceutical Products Inspection Machine. Feasibility studies are carried out with laboratory equipment simulating specific part of the inspection machine, including matrix/linear camera, illuminators, and motor spinning unit. Anyway the whole inspection machine must be taken into account during the feasibility study. Usually, feasibilty study consists in the selection of the best inspection strategy for that very customer's product and requirement. A final report documents the outcome of the feasibility study, so the customer can decide whether to buy one of our inspection machine. Interaction with customer is also sometimes necessary, in order to get detailed explanation of what customer expects from inspection machine.When customer's requirements exceed company established inspection solutions, novel inspection set-up need to be developed. This gives me the possibility to interact with the Vision Research and Development department of the company.Supporting Commissioning and Service departments of the company is also part of my job: typically, inspection strategies developed in the laboratory must be comunicated to the people who apply it in the machine; also, I sometimes deal with unexpected issues arising during the starting of a new machine.
