Experienced in products development, therefore process and machinery, with a focus on the field of composite materials & optoelectronic LC (liquid crystal) film lamination.Graduated in economics & management I then founded PRONIX SRL (premium light ski mountaineering skis project). It has been a project that combined deep passion for sports, industrial design skills, and start up business management skills. Since this I implemented business analysis knowledge and developed skills for carrying out all activities concerned in product development, from prototyping to industrialization, growing and consolidating my industrial design profile. The project was transferred as a consultancy package to a company in the sports sector.The expansion of a specific network of supplying and contractor companies, and of a network of people to work as a team with, led me to found 4D TECNICA Studio, a design consultancy studio with a specific focus on composite CFRP products development.Currently I have the chance to firmly embrace the goal of OUT OF SRL and IRID Technology in leading in optoelectronic technology field, delivering functional advantage in a vast range of eyewear product categories, starting from lifestyle to arrive at that of sport and safety devices.Experience let me build trust in the driving of teams work, that starts from the joining of personal energies for goals achievement.
