Ristrutturazione appartamento Villa fronte mare

I've done at least 900 hours of training at the Studio Simone Speciale (www.essealcubo.com) supported directly by the architect Simone Speciale. In addition I have played and participated in competitions and visits to France at construction sites and trade show design (Maison & Objet).

Renewed cooperation after the period abroad at the Parrillo and partners firms.The main tasks related to the design and renovation of residential and commercial funds through the use of softwares such as Revit, Sketchup and AutoCad. Also inside the studio I run the graphical management through the use of Photoshop and Illustrator.

I was a collaborator inside the architectural firm of Bernardo Tori as a Revit technician and freehand illustrator. My main duties have ranged from research, drawing and design.

main activities :- accomplishing of the lighting systems for luxury hotel and residences in Dubai, (UAE)- elaborating low level and RPC light system- using Autocad within a coordinated team- checking the operation and the accuracy of the lighting systems of technical drawings

I was approached by the Desideri family to redesign the attic space in their Tuscany home. The basis of this project was to add a new bath and shower to the room. The main obstacle when designing these two rooms was the poor lighting in such a large space. The customer required rapid lead times and low costs, to meet and respect both requests I chose to use an experimental material, fibreboard. In the designing stage we added an additional window on the roof to allow for natural lighting in the room. The wooden flooring in both rooms was considered in the design to maintain the style of the house.

Experimental design of a sustainable, flexible and adaptable building system for school buildings. The project consists of modular units which can be built in a short time and at lower costs, but highly efficient from the environmental-friendliness point of view and conceived in accordance with the fundamental principles of the "passive house", taking into account recent earthquakes. One of the design features was the real structural verification performed by the simulation of the 3D model and the use of the software Straus7. Moreover, the use of the "dry" technique in the whole project allows the complete removal without waste and pollution, as well as the total reuse of the building modules.

I had to carry out historical research, measure the building and implement data in CAD format which included the following procedures: redeveloping the building, structural verification through calculation and creating a rendered 3D model. For the final design stages I had to layout the project boards, give a project presentation to the client with estimated appraisal costs.

main activities: - designing concept and 3D model- drawing freehand sketch- designing shopping areas, including internal routesdescription:I was involved in a competition where I had to bring forth ideas for the conversion of an architectural area formerly called Lanerossi. The first phase involved me representing the firm during a briefing to develop a design concept right from the early stages. I designed a 3D a model of the 60,000 square meter urban area. I went on to design a 5,000 square meter shopping area including internal routes and developed the outside environment by implementing the main façade of the complex. I was responsible for the rendering of the project which had to be carried out according to the requirement of the competition.
