As Team Leader at Chemical Laboratory the main activities was:• Competence in chemical field and knowledge of the appropriate lab instrumentation for chemicalanalysis;• Knowledge of European Regularization of Chemicals (CLP and Reach) and Management of theMaterial Safety Data Sheet;• Skills in Environment Health and Safety for Laboratory Dept;• Base Knowledge of appropriate lab instrumentation (mechanical, metallurgical);• Share and discuss all evidences in a multiple skills team;• Prepare Laboratory instructions where all costumers requirements (P.O., drawings, specifications,quality documents, others, generally in English and sometimes complex or conflicting) are first deeply and fully understood and then broken into a simple sequence of inspection operations to be done by blue collars in a flawless way;• Prepare and sustain customers and control authorities audits;• Set blue collars work priorities;• Support in reviewing and maintaining department expense budgets;• Train, develop and support growth of blue collars;• Support all company workplace policies including safety objectives;• Develop a performance oriented work environment;My effort point is leadership and expertise in analyzing, investigating in the laboratory, and reporting evidences of failures of parts from field or nonconformances (actual or suspected) in production parts. As Process Engineer in Special Processes Team, at AvioAero Rivalta Plant, the main activities was:• Preparation and/or approval of coating process technical plans;• Preparation and/or approval of technical data card and instructions in thermal spray processes forproduction's components, repair, NPI and coating's qualifications;• Training on coating processes for qualification and re-certification of internal personnel (Shopfloorand Laboratory);• Complete analysis of customer requirements in order to implement the correct flowdown in NPIactivities;• Equipment validation in order to maintain the customer requirements and NadCap qualifications;• Activity of auditing, internal and suppliers;• Review and updating of specifications in the field of coating process and coating evaluation. Developing standards acceptance and test procedures;• Constant interface with all manufacturing and engineering departments, quality suppliers andsourcing;• Coating contributor to generate and revise the technical documents for procurement and coating'sequipments;• Owner to preliminary review and coordinator to manufacturing personnel and quality team for theimprovements in thermal spray process.Expertise in HVOF, Oxy Fuel, Air Plasma Spray.

The main activity was the metrological characterization (as mechanical and electrical properties) of films applied on substrates of manufactured prototype:• Constant interface’s activity and dialogue with the production line for the improvement of the surface characteristics of the finished product;• Realization of an automatic thickness measurement system of primer on handles car based on an algorithm for interpretation and analysis of the acquired images with the microscope;• Use of measuring instruments for dimensional analysis of the profiles with profilometers;• Design and implementation of a tool dedicated to measures surface resistivity of polyurethane blends for primer.

Activities of mechanical design, manufacturing and equipment characterization in metrology including special thermostats (dry and fluid), pressure controllers, pressure lines, gas purification systems, heat pipes to control pressure. Calibration activities of thermometers and pressure controllers. Calibration activities, control and monitoring of weather stations. Implementation of management systems conform to ISO9001 and ISO17025, statistical process control. Scientific production: 10 articles, 19 proceedings in international congress.

Researcher in Metrology. Equipment's installation and device's configuration for data acquisition and evaluation in metrological activities. Continuous improvement to new definition of Kelvin in order to prepare the "European" title Doctor of Philosophy in Metrology.
