Since 2002 I have been involved in analysis, realization and check of the restructuring of finishing lines, in the evaluation of existing finishing plants by modifying their layout to make them more productive and less expensive, in the project of new finishing lines with layout, choice of the equipments, start-up and staff training, in Italy and abroad.I have brought several companies in the transition from solvent-based paints to water-based paints.I have daily dealt with technical assistance on the varnishing cycles and analysis and resolution of technical issues.I have looked for and choosen new suppliers more fit for the customer as well as monitored and supervised the varnishing at subcontractors.I have worked in the layout and start-up of screen printing.I am appointed as expert in several disputes both in Italy and abroad where my technical knowledge was significant for the success.I am also technical consultant for wood accredited by FederlegnoArredo in the field of adhesives and finishing.
