From the beginning of my study period I started to take care of the family business, and to be involved in the decision-making processes of the family business. I was specifically involved in business management, the promotion and sale of rooms and taking care of social media and reviews. This meant that within 2 years we won the Travel's choice award, and with a 5/5 score on Tripadvisor we are currently the Best Hotel in the area. The achievement that made me most proud was that of succeeding in enhancing a family-run establishment, succeeding in enhancing its values and traditions, based on the very high quality of its products, all proudly home-grown, and the love of its customers. Thus translating in the minting of the motto 'arrive as a guest, leave as one of the family'.

Experienced in AI development with a focus on enhancing user experiences. Recently worked on the creation of an AI twin designed to serve as an interactive guide for customers of the Giro d'Italia 2024. This AI twin provides comprehensive information about the tour and the hospitality areas, enabling users to receive real-time, accurate responses to their queries, thereby significantly improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Research assistant at Brann Stadium, with the aim of studying fan behaviour. Specifically, the objective of the research is to study and practically test what the drivers of fan behaviour can be and how to manipulate their choices on the topic of waste collection in the stadium. My task is to direct the team and to check that data is collected in the correct way.

I was responsible for studying and working alongside the company in the various stages of business management: from vineyard cultivation to the final stages of grape processing, bottling, and distribution of the final product. I was also partly responsible for managing and cataloging products in the warehouse.I was able in this experience to understand the various phases that characterize the wine business from production to distribution and learn about the various processes that lead to product certification.
