As a Development Manager at UNICEF Canada, I work to provide meaningful philanthropic opportunities for high value donors, where together we can create impact for children. I am passionate about building trust through relationship management, finding creative partnership opportunities, and working collaboratively and strategically with a team to increase revenue and meet our objectives. One of my current projects has been leading UNICEF's women's philanthropic giving circles that support maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) and children's education globally. From campaign development, to recruitment, program delivery, stewardship and retention, this has been a meaningful project that has raised over $12M since inception. I am passionate about the not-for-profit sector and creating change. With over 15 years experience, I have expertise in fundraising, research, volunteer management, building effective communication plans, relationship management, strategy development and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects from conception to completion. My mission is to make a difference by mobilizing resources and raising awareness for the most vulnerable and marginalized.
