After 5 years, I started covering night shifts in reception when the night concierge was on rest.From 2021 I started in the role of receptionist,where I was in charge of reservations, check out billing, customer service, until May 2022 when the company was handed over to the German company NUMA.Since June 2022, I have held the position of operation coordinator at NUMA.I am in charge of the management of the facility and everything related to it: material orders for maintenance staff and housekeeper girls, quality control of the services, daily dealings with GX (our guest service).
