I've spent the last 14 years working across Europe, growing my career in the finance and luxury sectors by specialising in financial analysis, asset management, investor relations, M&A, corporate finance and team development.As a person, I'm vulnerable, emotionally aware and mentally honest. As part of my Executive MBA at Warwick Business School, I mainly researched behavioural finance, investment and risk management.Innovation and entrepreneurship are the core ingredients of my management style. I have a natural talent for active listening, for understanding and for motivating others through empathy and by example. Two of my biggest passions are cooking and travelling.
