More than two decads of experience in the automotive/automobile industry helding various roles ranging from operations to planning. I have managed the standard processes of Supply Chain management from SIOP to MPS up to the management of SAP-based ERP systems starting from the Operations management, in both structured and medium-small companies. Experience in various heterogeneous companies has allowed me to refine my people management skills and therefore the ability to create efficient and proactive work groups by adopting a leadership style based on empathy and collaboration.All this has allowed the achievement of important quantitative and qualitative logistic objectives, promoting correct end-to-end management and a multifunctional collaborative approach.
