Support the IT Procurement Department including gathering a full overview of existing suppliers and vendors within the Company in order to map prices and rates agreed, ensuring prices and rates remain competivite.Responsability:- Identify, locate and evaluate suppliers for new IT products. Maps and updates the list of vendors used within the Company- Purchase and issue order in accordance to internal request. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and subcontractors assigned- Establish close relationship with internal stakeholders in order to have clear knowledge and understanding of their expectations and support them in the best way for the Company- Mantain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and document in accordance with the company policies and procedures- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time- Prepare reports and summarize data
