As the Lead iOS Developer at Tendable, I have designed from scratch the architecture we used to re-write the Tendable app (please see my article on Linkedin "It's not MVC, it's you"). This architecture allowed us to have small view controllers, only 102 lines long on average, and high testability: all new non-UI code has 80% unit test coverage. My other responsibilities included daily code reviews and mentoring less experience developers, estimating the effort required for new features, and coordinating with non-technical stakeholders within the business.
