Starting as a Solution and Software architect leading several project in different areas like Big Data and Instant Messaging. After 6 years closed his experience in the area of Interactive Gaming as Lead of the Business Analysts, following world wide customers, managing a team of 8 BAs and taking care of requirement analysis and design.He left IBM with the role of R&D Staff Software Engineer after 7 years of experience in the field of solutions and software production. Worked on several projects in an international environment which has allowed for the handling of foreign clients and the development of a significant capacity to adapt to different cultures and contexts. Covered many roles like Technical Advocate with the objective to promote the product's adoption presenting new features and best practices. Managed critical situation on customer's issues with large cross team engagements.Strong capability in software analysis and design, using tools most fitting to the solution domain.
