Responsible for:Definition of the architecture and related standards of reference for the development of the Digital Administration and the spread of services for citizens and businesses;Definition of technical rules, guidelines and design methodologies concerning uniformity of languages, security, procedures and standards for full interoperability between computer systems, even taking into account the formalities required by the Digital Administration Code and other relevant sector’s… Show more Responsible for:Definition of the architecture and related standards of reference for the development of the Digital Administration and the spread of services for citizens and businesses;Definition of technical rules, guidelines and design methodologies concerning uniformity of languages, security, procedures and standards for full interoperability between computer systems, even taking into account the formalities required by the Digital Administration Code and other relevant sector’s legislation;Definition of a reference architecture for sharing and integration of data and access systems which facilitate: coordination computerized of data of national, regional and local levels; the introduction of innovative technological scenarios; open standards and to promote further the integration process at European level; In this sector he coordinates the development of the annual agenda for Open data and the guideline for supporting its deployment; Management and the development of national technology platforms and infrastructure (some of them are: smart cities platform for sharing experiences, metadata and services; digital identity system; geospatial metadata repository; Public administration’s directory);Definition of the technical framework and requirements for SPC tender and for the technical deployment.Regarding the Unit “Citizens, enterprises and technological transfer” he coordinates:• the promotion and defines programs and research projects on digital innovation, consistent with the policies and actions UE, favoring the connection between the public and private and the access to finance by businesses, with particular reference to SMEs;• the promotion of actions for industrial development initiatives in the digital sector, including through cooperation agreements and public-private partnership; promotes measures to support technology transfer, encouraging networking and developing partnerships with organizations and institutions, public and private. The new Agency is mainly focused on Italian digital agenda in accordance with the European one. In this period I have held the same position previously covered in DigitPA. DigitPA has replaced CNIPA and all its activities, so I mantained the same position of director of interoperability and applicative cooperation unit. From the last march I have been coordinator of all SPC framework's activities and related public tenders.I'm in the coordination group of the ISA programme (ISA replaces IDABC programme) and in the European Interoperability Architecture expert group.

The unit started relevant initiatives in order to develop, on a large scale, public private synergies, for reducing the digital divide and for giving services to citizens and enterprises in different places, hours and conditions.
