Passionate about creating welcome for our Senior Hires community, I support the onboarding and integration of all our externally hired Partner- and Senior Partner-level colleagues globally as part of our Global Partnership Office. I’ve supported the scaling and professionalization of our function, maintaining centralized tracking of our Senior Hire onboarding process checklists and Senior Hire population data, and creating bespoke onboarding and integration plans for each Senior Hire. I am responsible for running our annual Senior Hires survey and reporting out results and recommendations to various stakeholders. I field frequent, complex data requests about our Senior Hire population from other internal teams, and am involved in numerous cross-functional experience and process improvement initiatives. I also oversee the administration of our External Senior Coaching program.

I’ve supported the scaling and professionalization of our function by onboarding new executive coaches to our team, maintaining centralized tracking of our Senior Hire onboarding process checklists and Senior Hire population data, and creating bespoke onboarding and integration plans for each Senior Hire. I am responsible for running our annual Senior Hires survey and reporting out results and recommendations to various stakeholders. I field frequent, complex data requests about our Senior Hire population from other internal teams, and am involved in numerous cross-functional experience and process improvement initiatives.

As part of the External Workers COE, provided support to the Senior Advisors Committee (SAC) and managed the process of vetting and approving McKinsey’s Senior Advisors (a diverse group of over 600 senior executives from around the world). I managed the onboarding, invoicing, payment, and offboarding process for Senior Advisors with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. I provided training to new team members and external workers, and ongoing support and input to program leadership on process improvement opportunities and special initiatives.

As part of the Firm Risk function and later the External Worker function, provided support to the Senior Advisors Committee (SAC) and assisted in the process of vetting and approving McKinsey’s Senior Advisors (a diverse group of over 400 senior executives from around the world). Enforced the Firm’s External Worker processes and policies to ensure confidentiality and minimize reputational and operational risk to the Firm and our clients. Supported the onboarding, invoicing, payment, and offboarding process for Senior Advisors with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Provided support to Associate Partners by scheduling meetings and calls; managing and tracking their utilization; assisted in the review process by scheduling and tracking feedback calls; booked travel; and submitted expenses and timesheets. Proactively and independently solved calendar conflicts by acting as a thought partner to those I supported. Built client relationships through trust and maintained confidentiality in sensitive situations. Sustained strong relationships with Partner EAs, client EAs, and teams that extended beyond immediate studies. Maintained the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communication, and adapted to a variety of communication styles and preferences. Participated in mentoring EAs in the New Hire Buddy Program as well as the EA Shadowing Program, and mentored EAs who were new to supporting Associate Partnerss in the AP EA Mentor Program. Involved with Access McKinsey, the firm’s disability affinity group, and worked with the group’s manager to develop a tip sheet for colleagues with food allergies.
