- Responsible for processing all new account transactions by assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services.- Cross-sell other bank’s products and services. - Monitor reports related to account opening and maintenance issues and maintain accurate record that comply with meeting exchange and firm requirements- Reviews daily reports and other job functions as related to existing and new accounts- Provides customer service through phone calls or other communications from branch offices- Assists new clients in opening and transferring their accounts

- Handle transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts- Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives as needed- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to head teller- Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
