As Associate Director on MBS' MBA Programmes, I have two primary areas of focus - this first is to support to our world-class faculty and professional support staff as they work to deliver against the diverse needs of current students, Alumni and Employers. The second is to actively engage with students throughout their studies to help ensure they meet the high academic and extra-curricular expectations of the Manchester MBA.

Provides career coaching and mentoring to MBA students and Alumni and works with national and international organisations to develop recruitment and internship programmes;

I supported local third-sector organisations access the pro-bono consutlancy support offered by the Trust, matching each client charity with one of our experienced volunteers.

Developed and delivered housing, schools and educational programmes/projects for a number of Local Government Organisations;

Worked with clients in Wholesale/Retail Banking, Insurance and Reinsurance sectors, undertaking a number of operational and regulatory risk control assessments;

Devised/implemented programme management operating plan for a new retail banking initiative including planning, reporting and internal communication standards;

Liaised with external brokers, re-insurers and business managers to identify and recommend revisions to proposed claims handling process;
