Hi, I’m Frances Lamptey 👋 I have always been passionate about helping people and fostering meaningful connections, which led me to pursue a BSc in Psychology at the University of Cape Coast. 🎓 From an early age, I was fascinated by the human mind, particularly how our emotional well-being impacts our behavior and interactions with others. This curiosity drove me to specialize in educational psychology and client relations, where I could merge my love for psychology to help others succeed.Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across various industries, including education, HR, and customer service. My experience as an Educational Psychologist has allowed me to make an impact on students' emotional and social development, and I’ve seen firsthand how well-targeted interventions can enhance engagement and academic performance. 📈 I also take pride in my ability to quickly learn new software and systems, from CRM tools to data analysis platforms like SPSS, which has been invaluable in today’s digital world. 💻I’m deeply committed to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in my professional roles and through volunteer work with Jodeb Foundation Ghana. Through this, I’ve worked to empower young girls and equip under-served children with vocational skills, helping them build better futures. 🌍✨I believe in the power of building strong, authentic relationships, and I’m always ready to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and an open mind.
