Manages the implementation of the Building Healthy and Resilient Schools Project delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the Australian Red Cross (ARC).-Prepares overall project implementation plan and facilitate preparation of chapter-based implementation plan and budget.-Oversees the chapter project implementation of activities according to target timeline.-Monitors the progress of the chapter level implementation of all project activities through site visits, meeting with the chapter staff, volunteers and project partners.-Conducts training and capacity building necessary for the project implementation.Provides technical and coaching sessions and professional development activities with the chapter staff and volunteers related to project activities.
