Frances is head of the Mental Capacity team at Wilsons. She specialises in Private Client work, in particular Mental Capacity, Court of Protection and advising clients on the creation of personal injury trusts. Frances acts as a Court of Protection property and financial affairs deputy. The majority of her clients have received substantial damages awards from personal injury or clinical negligence claims. She also acts as a professional trustee.Frances is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section and the Court of Protection Practitioners Association. She is a regular speaker at seminars and events and writes for professional journals.She is ranked in the 2019 edition of Chambers HNW with market commentators observing that her "calm approach puts clients at ease and her excellent communication skills means clients can follow difficult topics".
