Responsible for controlling Quality in the Greensboro facility and participating in the transitioning of the RFID business to Juarez, Mexico site. Working with management in North Carolina and Mexico to close GSO site, while maintaining quality product production. Including transferring equipment and disposition items no longer needed by the business while maintaining Quality and morale through positive employee activities throughout the transition timeline.In July 2014 assisted with transition of RFID Operations and RFID QA from Clinton to GSO integrating the RFID division and the Print division. I was responsible for Equipment Set Up, personnel training, and knowledge integration for RFID Quality to Greensboro personnel, Global Leadership Candidates, and management, including but not limited to:QA Lab equipment set up: Update of Quality Management System (QSi):• Accugauge 5000 • Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, • ChemInstruments Adhesion Release Tester • Documents, Product Catalog • Write / maintain work Instructions, DB• Inspect all incoming materials: • Reject and return inferior material • Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests• Monitor Yields • RMA Return Material / Receive Credit • Assist with troubleshooting low yields • Obtain Maps for wafers Failure Analysis and Research • Perform part failure analysis as needed • Perform Process Audits• Perform research for Customer Complaints• Assist operators with understanding failure • Find root cause of failure• Issue Internal CARs Trained and led last ISO audit of RFID in Clinton. Lead Auditor trained 2012 by AudIT3.

Set Up and Operation of chip attach RFID equipment to established quality standards. Equipment Preventive Maintenance, initial diagnosis of machine / quality issues driving process towards continuous improvement.Flip Chip Machine (FCM) and Transponder Assembly Line (TAL)Supported the implementation of the ISO training program by the development and maintenance of Standard Work and On The Job (OJT) Learning Outcomes which lead to successful Certification and standardized training. Acid bath operator for wafers production (JIT). Ensure wafer etch quality using SPC controls. Substitute Microscan technician. Measure wafer surface smoothness to ensure conformity and quality. Temporary position thru ADIA.
