Responsible for controlling Quality in the Greensboro facility and participating in the transitioning of the RFID business to Juarez, Mexico site. Working with management in North Carolina and Mexico to close GSO site, while maintaining quality product production. Including transferring equipment and disposition items no longer needed by the business while maintaining Quality and morale through positive employee activities throughout the transition timeline.In July 2014 assisted with transition of RFID Operations and RFID QA from Clinton to GSO integrating the RFID division and the Print division.
