My role is to ensure that all our training professionals, and other colleagues, understand what it takes deliver an exceptional, quality experience to all our learners and feel confident that they have the knowledge, skills and ability to do so.I utilise my data analysis skills to conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis to identify issues where training and/or performance management is required to ensure compliance with ESFA funding regulations and the Ofsted Outstanding expectations of our clients. This information is delivered direct to our COO and used across the Senior Management Team to manage performance.I create training to be delivered to staff across the business, starting with our 4 week induction program. Support is provided by my team throughout the probation period. The team I manage is responsible for all internal training and coaching to ensure continuous improvement opportunities are available for all employees.I am also responsible for our team of IQAs to ensure quality and compliance standards are achieved through a robust program of auditing. This ensures we can ensure performance issues are addressed promptly and training provided as needed.I also use my skills to support the SMT with projects needed to support a fast growing business. As an experienced L&D professional I know what it takes to create a learning experience that will deliver performance improvement and have an ongoing impact. During lockdown, I worked with a selection of organisations needing to adapt their training content for the delivery during the pandemic. It involved adapting existing material to enable it to be delivered effectively online. As part of this I storyboarded and created animated training videos. I also sought ways to make the training as interactive as possible.

I liaised with senior L&D professionals in client organisations to identify their training content needs and delivered a range of solutions including for face to face delivery as well as e-Learning, games and animated videos.I worked with members to help create training for their organisations. Middle East based HR & Training Consultancy: Clients including FMCG, Manufacturing, Consultancy, Construction & Education. As a small consultancy I worked directly with our Director. My role was as varied as our client's needs were. I worked on projects that were traditional HR projects (i.e. Employee Engagement, Policies & Procedures and implementing performance management). I also worked in developing training for managers (such as ILM programs in Coaching, Leadership & Management and Train the Trainer).As well as the diversity of such a role, I particularly loved the challenge of designing training for such a diverse cultural range of people. It was not simply about different leaning styles it was about very different ways of viewing the same world too.

Senior Consultant for the newly launched Thomas Cook Academy. I was responsible for developing the talents of the management team across the business. My role was initially based on designing and delivering training, however it became expanded to include the introduction of training evaluation and also a program of training sessions for other training professionals within the business (a program I named 'From Eeek to Geek'). I was also approached to mentor a number of our trainers who shared my passion for training that delivered actual behavioural change.

Managed delivery of training across 17 locations during their transition to a HR Shared Services Environment. My role involved establishing management information systems to identify staff requiring training; specifying role, phase & location; liaising with sites to ensure all staff achieved required competency.I also designed a competency tracking system for site trainers to ensure resources for UAT & training. This was then use to create a report that was sent to board level to show KPIs achieved; risks, issues & recommended actions.At the ned of it, I was able to demonstrate that all 17 UB Sites had achieved 100% completion.

Worked with the company's partners to provide behavioural change based training for our clients. One of my favourite projects involved being responsible for introducing a KMS that enabled our consultants to tap into all our material wherever in the region they ante working. Another of my favourite memories is working on a TNA project directly for HRH Sheikh Mohammed, the Ruler of Dubai in as siting in the launch of new performance standards across key government department.Like my time with ConnectedHR, there was the added challenge and pleasure of working with and for a diverse range of people from different cultural backgrounds.
