Assist firms in cases involving Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation of potential FDA violations, DOJ investigation of potential Federal Corrupt Practices Act violations, environmental litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, contract disputes and anti-trust issues. Provide support in document production in response to Second Requests, Civil Investigative Demands, and Subpoenas. Assist in developing and editing privilege logs. Services were provided for the following firms: Hogan & Hartson, DLA Piper, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Arnold & Porter.

Represented clients at trials and negotiated settlements on general civil matters such as insurance claim disputes and breach of contract. Appeared in court for hearings, met with clients, drafted and responded to discovery requests, wrote appellate briefs and replies, drafted wills and estate planning documents and prepared deeds. The firm’s main areas of practice are Family Law, Probate, Wills, and Civil Litigation.

Assisted attorneys and secretaries with a wide variety of activities including: filing complaints, issuing three-day notices, preparing discovery packets, preparing annual accounting for Guardianship accounts, researching legal issues, attending arbitration and preparing wills and related documents. The firm’s main areas of practice were Personal Injury, Securities, Worker’s Compensation, Wills, Probate, and Commercial Landlord/Tenant matters.

Maintained ESE files and related documents according to federal, state, and local laws. Ensured that other schools followed the laws and procedures necessary to place ESE students in our school (i.e. implemented appropriate behavior modification plans and completed and documented the necessary observations). Chaired annual Individual Education Plan meetings. Prepared all ESE students’ schedules, and assisted the Principal in developing teachers’ schedules. Chaired ESE Department, Child Study Team Committee, and Grant Writing Committee.
