Frances is a qualified consultant, facilitator and coach and has worked with Kellogg, Ford Motor Company, Cancer Research UK, HML, BBC Worldwide, Hitachi Capital, IFC (part of The World Bank), Safran Nacelles and the NHS Leadership Academy. Previously she was an internal consultant in a Training and Enterprise Council where her job was to lead a culture change. The London School of Economics published the case study as an example of complexity theory in action. Before that she was an Occupational Psychologist in an Employment Rehabilitation Centre, doing assessment, coaching and vocational guidance.Her specialism is culture change - those things that seem hard to shift because they are embedded in the behaviours or the systems or the leadership style. She is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
