Source, advise, and invest in 82 off-grid energy portfolio companies at the ideation, angel, growth, and market-entry stages of business, ranging from solar home systems (SHS) to mini-grids to small independent power producers, with the potential to receive USD 10,000 - 100,000 in seed capital aimed at unserved and underserved low-income households and SMEs in Nigeria. Orchestrated the implementation of enterprise-level initiatives, collaborating with Finance, HR Business Partners, and Engineering teams using data to drive organizational design, and improvements to company strategy, and to implement and communicate changes that ensured alignment and progress towards shared company goals.

Led 120+ team members (management and frontline employees) to own the customer experience and deliver quality service against the service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous process improvement: timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and premium quality outcomes, which propelled a 2-year revenue growth from USD 1.5M to 2.1M, boosting market share by 6% and increasing customer NPS by 35%.
