- Work alongside the CEO and leadership team to inspire and engage leaders and managers to deliver on our Purpose, Mission, and Values.- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a true understanding of operational challenges and opportunities, embedding people plan objectives within each department and team to drive success.- Implement a HR system to ensure we have a centralised system for team members information, documentation, onboarding, time off, ENPS, employee wellbeing and reporting.- Conduct one to ones with each team member to identify what works well, challenges, hopes for the future and creating a space where team members can voice their opinions of Apprentify.- Implement a thorough onboarding process to ensure new team members have a clear, straight forward, timely, onboarding experience where new starters feel valued before they join us.- Create an onboarding goody bag with items to welcome new starters including their favourite chocolate.- Set up the Apprentify wellbeing hub, educating and signposting to the 7 areas of wellbeing.- Set up team member engagement opportunities for people to always have a voice and share feedback.- Use feedback to identify areas to focus and new policies to implement, based on team member feedback but aligned to our company values. - Create a wellbeing strategy for our people, including activities/ events throughout the year. We implemented our Let’s Chat which is a walk every 2nd Monday and Last Thursday of the month.- Partner with each manager to identify recruitment needs, team morale, issues, coaching on managerial topics, identify blockers and people plan for the teams.
