In my current position, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth progress of projects within our WRapid team. I work in close collaboration with team members to develop a well-defined and efficient project roadmap. My greatest strength in this role has been my ability to synthesize project needs and foster communication among the relevant individuals.• Strategizing in a leading role in the management of WRapid projects related to U.S. immigration;• Apprising stakeholders on project timeline and progress; • Collaborating with the legal, operations, and management teams to facilitate project development, prioritization, and execution;• Conducting user research by leading focus group meetings to gather feedback on new and existing products;• Gathering requirements from legal team experts for product planning and marketing;• Translating technical jargon into product launch announcements and training materials for internal users.

In these roles, I managed a sizable docket of business immigration cases. I worked closely with our clients and my supervising attorney to complete cases in a way that exceeded expectations. • Drafted, prepared, and filed a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including H-1B, H-4, L-1, TN, STEM, I-130, I-140 (including EB-1C), Adjustment of Status, and PERM;• Crafted legal arguments in the form of detailed 30-page support letters for submission to the USCIS;• Liaised between attorneys, company contacts, and over 100 foreign nationals to provide support and maintain case progress;• Managed higher difficulty and increasingly complex case matters for the team; and• Reviewing internal data management system for accuracy and data integrity.

I assist Professor Kyeyoung Park at UCLA to study the impact of COVID-19 on Korean American small business in California. I conduct interviews with local small businesses and prepare survey materials for our participants.
