I am just a plain Jane , trying to make a change in the world , increasing love , trying to disregard personal judgement .I am in my 2nd year of studying counselling , which I am enjoying the challenges .I have a degree in hypnotherapy { no I will not make you bark like a dog } .My aim is to use talk therapy to help people overcome their past experiences that may be causing them issues at present .I deal , with loss, anger , anxiety ,sexual dysfunctions ,phobias and general obstacles. I have a passion to communicate to the younger generation of girls. I have seen that there is a need for an outlet for these girls to be heard and not judged. There are so many issues going on behind closed doors, at school on social media. These young girls are copying what they see and what they have been conditioned to understand. These girls need learn their worth and learn to have a voice and express their self. We are living in a world of instant fame and instant gratification; there are girls out there that find it hard to communicate one on one. There are also girls out there suffering due to cultural beliefs. Where they are not allowed to express their personal views or thoughts. I want to promote a form of empowerment for these girls, I want to start a cross board of activities and interactions to promote this awareness. I am in the middle of writing my first book , which again is a passion of mine, I love writing poems and sharing my thoughts .
