I run the packaging machine were I operate and inspect all FOUR areas that are called: Forming Station (were battery pouches are formed and insertion of jelly rolls and pre sealing are done), E/L Station (were the electrolyte are added and weighed), Vacuums Station (were battery pouch are soaked through chambers and sealed) and Inspection Station (were pre charge of cells are added and weighed, also unload and load machine). Work alongside shift supervisor to help manage a zone on the shop floor containing 16 employees. I delegate manpower dependent upon absenteeism and production goals for the day. Ensure operators are following process per written work instructions. Check operators work prior to moving to the next station. Train all incoming new hires per process given in the written work instructions. I also ensure zone does not fall behind during production by helping as needed.
