As an enthusiastic, yet well-respected people person, I have an innate ability to lead large teams through the tribulations of serving clients with various needs, spanning eight different programs and three robust locations.Using strategic problem-solving and communication skills tailored to each staff member and participant, I can ensure that my programs run smoothly and provide service to 370 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities daily. I believe that strong leadership begins with an open line of communication that allows employees to troubleshoot and problem solve, rather than allowing issues to pile up.As an exceptionally driven yet creative professional, I am able to reflect on my experience working in education.
