CurrentProvides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseload. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. Collaborate with Chief Programs Officer (CPO) on program designs, training schedules and grant applications. Ensure programmatic accuracy and maintenance of all documentation, reports and paperwork. Ensure Program Data Management System is updated and contains accurate information. Ensure program operates within annual budget, meeting, or exceeding budget goals. Ensure billing hours in assigned region are being maximized. Maintain or increase program revenues. Ensure region compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
