I also track each individual's progress with graphs and daily data collection. I monitored maladaptive behaviors and implemented behavior interventions. I also supported staff in classroom, providing them with material and assuring that BSPs are correctly implemented.

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a program especially designed for large lecture classes. SI Leaders regularly attend lecture along with students in order to take notes and keep up with class discussions. I offered four review sessions each week to review course material and provided personal attention to student’s questions. I was an SI for Introduction to Psychology and Personality Psychology. I also tutor social psychology and developmental psychology.
