-Oversee a team of 15 members; coach and provide feedback to team members for their professional growth.-Create a positive and collaborative culture to ensure implementation and compliance of organization policies and expectations. -Plan and implement DEI solutions with Equal Opportunities Schools (EOS) committee to provide English Language Learners (ELL) and low socioeconomic (SES) learners equitable and inclusive learning experiences.-Define goals and metrics to create a strategic plan to track progress and provide steps for improvements within scope. -Lead and actively collaborate with colleagues in professional learning communities to identify, monitor KPIs, assess metrics, and adjust to meet organization and team goals. -Manage and coordinate team projects utilizing a set budget without compromising quality. -Recruit and interview new hires; support and facilitate onboarding and training for new team members.-Build relationships and rapport with stakeholders to drive performance, present campus metrics, solicit feedback, and assess needs.-Develop data analysis reports and communicate findings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.-Design and facilitate professional development for 100+ staff members regarding effective team planning, technology integration, and train the trainer sessions, both in-person and via virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, G Meets).-Design and develop internal and external deliverables such as slide deck presentations, job aids, flyers and training materials using programs such as Canva, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office.
