The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines of the Philippines (JPMAP) is a national youth organization, guided by People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), that commits to develop and empower its members to enable them to grow from academic to professional level as future people managers to society.

The TJAPM, a recognized organization of the University of Santo Tomas, is committed to the school’s Vision- Mission, through providing meaningful service to its members, the Church, and the community by enhancing the students’ academic excellence and intellectual capabilities on matters concerning and in relation with Human Resource Management. In order to expand its members professionalism en route to becoming a Thomasian People Manager imbued with competence, compassion, and commitment. The provide students the opportunity to broaden their horizons, learn new skills and meet people who can further their success as they transition from college to the real world, keeping in mind their Thomasian values.

UST Community Achievers Association in general is a duly recognized student organization in the University of Santo Tomas and a socio-academic organization that aims to mobilize the youth for sustainable societal development through an interdisciplinary approach. We believe that “Leaders Take Action”, and so we envision ourselves to be recognized as a premier organization from a Catholic institution that advocates innovative societal solutions and advanced professional leadership knowledge, in its commitment to mobilizing the youth as stakeholders of sustainable development and social transformation. In a summary, we commit ourselves, the organization and the youth leaders, to take action to help resolve imperative societal issues for sustainable campus, national and global development through a collaborative interdisciplinary approach and uphold commitment, competence, and compassion in all its endeavors for the development of the organization, the Church, and the community.
