As an Accounts Manager at ROHEI Learning and Consulting, I bring with me a wealth of experience in hospitality, operations, and customer service. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to adapt to change and remain driven in the face of challenges.With a career that began in the hospitality industry as a front office executive and Events Manager, I have honed my skills in creating exceptional guest experiences. I joined ROHEI as a Guest Experience Executive and was quickly promoted to Director of Operations, where I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company.Recently, I was asked to move to the Commercial team as an Account Manager. In this role, I have continued to excel, leveraging my expertise to drive new business and create lasting relationships with clients.One of my proudest accomplishments has been spearheading the roll-out of guidelines and procedures for managing the office and operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the head of the BCP team, I ensured that our team remained safe while maintaining our high standards of service.In my free time, I am passionate about baking and cake decorating. I enjoy experimenting with new flavors and techniques, and have a particular affinity for creating sugar flowers. This creative outlet allows me to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to my work.Moving forward, my goal is to continue to contribute my hospitality and customer service skills to the success of my team and my clients.
