I have more than eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in Theatre Technique, Cardio-thoracic Surgery, and Infection Control Nursing.I am passionate about improving the performance and safety of the surgical team and the patients, using evidence-based practices, data analysis, and continuous education. I also advocate for the rights and needs of the patients and their families, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.
