With over 20 years of experience as an audiologist and 7 years of owning and operating a senior care business, I have developed a unique set of skills and expertise in providing quality care and service to the elderly and hearing-impaired communities. As the owner of Always Best Care Senior Services, I oversee the daily operations, finances, marketing, and staff training of the company, which offers a range of non-medical and in-home care services to seniors in the area. I also have worked as audiologist at the VA Medical Center, where I performed hearing tests, fit hearing aids, counsel patients, and participate in research and education projects. I hold a CCC-A certification and a doctorate degree in Audiology. My mission as the Owner and CEO of Always Best Care of Nashville is to improve the lives and well-being of my clients and patients, and to support and empower my team and colleagues. I am passionate about learning new things, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in my field, and giving back to the community. We are always looking for new and untapped talent in our caregivers and offer incentives and educational opportunities to help expand their knowledge base.
