Provided technical assistance to support the implementation an youth entrepreneurship program. Developed content delivery strategies to increase virtual engagement of participants.

Assisted with the proposal and implementation of a federally funded program initiatives totaling $13M. Served as the lead staff overseeing a team and subrecipients to implement a career-focused program initiative funding by DOL-ETA.
