About Francine Gaither

I have improved my capacity to bring teams together to work towards common objectives, both professionally and personally. I take an advisory strategy and recognize that communication is critical to achieving alignment, which is why I flex to suit the communication styles of others as a means of being more efficient in fast-paced settings with cross-functioning teams. I think there’s always something to learn, and my constant curiosity drives my brain’s analytical side as I search for responses and resolutions as a company or as a private objective. I love working with others to obtain distinct views (in person or virtually) to refine and learn fresh approaches. I find that every teammate has a value to bring to the group as a whole and I seek to give credit and elevate those who have something new to contribute. Pursuant in development stages of startups, non-profits and established organizations and implementing and creating foundations, core values, culture of an establishment and investing in people to support the goals of a company. I enjoy spearheading new projects and events, which make me excited about organizations that always have the future in mind and that genuinely invest in their building blocks; the people that make the company as well as their community.
