Francine sees the vocal potential in each child, and always follows up with encouraging e-mails after vocal rehearsals that are uplifting and creative. She engages them in e-mail conversation back with her, so that they are accountable for receiving the feedback she provides and putting it into action. I love that about her. I am very thankful that my children have had the opportunity to work with Francine and that they will remember these positive experiences for a lifetime.
