I have been working as project manager and network partner at ValueQuest GmbH since 2008, specialised in employee surveys, expert interviews and marketing. As a certified systemic coach, I support employees and supervisors in implementing the results of our employee surveys and 360 degree feedbacks for managers.In my coaching, mindfulness and respect for my clients and their "reality" is my top priority. I work resource and solution oriented. Many years of experience as a social education worker have taught me, among other things, the art of taking small steps. It does not matter how big or small the steps are. Important is that they fit the client and the topic at hand and that they are taken at the clients pace. Thus, some processes need more time, while other processes get very quickly on the way. Coaching is a dynamic process which requires attention and needs constant review of the agreed targets. I practise Yoga for more then 15 years now and it is a great way for me to stay centered and mindful. l got to know myself much better through yoga and breathing practises. Connecting with my inner self clears my mind and leads me onward.
