• Led city-wide and state-wide Cisco network system implementations for State, Local governments and Education Universities (SLED) and Federal Civilian Agencies. Cisco System implementations included a range of technologies such as large WLAN, network infrastructure Route/Switch, Data Center & Cloud based virtualization, Collaboration Telepresence, Network Security and Identity Management projects. • Directed a large team of 60+ technology professionals within matrixed management environment to successfully merge the IT systems of an acquired company on behalf of Guardian. The Program focused on a company acquisition and Data Center upgrade, build-out and VMWare server virtualization, desktop Windows upgrade deployment, Private Cloud implementation and data/application migration. Program: NELICO Agency Accounting System migration/decommissioning: Financial Management Group, CFO Americas• Transformational project lead for NELICO (New England Life Insurance Co) merger and migration/decommissioning of legacy system Agency Accounting System (payroll and accounting) migrating as part of an acquisition to MetLife Peoplesoft enterprise systems ERP. The project transitioned, integrated, and migrated the entire New England Financial field onto Met life corporate accounting and payroll systems; developed additional software application modules utilizing Agile methodology.
