Within first year selected to assume additional responsibilities assisting export compliance department in research and translating websites of global universities and corporations purchasing software products. Administrative Assistant / Export Compliance Assistant • Support Director of Legal/Contracts Department and assist 8 staff members• Research and translate university and corporate global websites for red flags, checks denied entity database; document findings in Oracle database• Identified need for administer scanning/purging of research files to maximize use of available space• Initiated and manage petty cash box for staff of 80; generate reconciliation reports• Prepare travel & expense reports submitted to Director and management team• Review Purchase License Agreements (PLA) in Echosign• Effectively manage confidential and time sensitive information• Provide administrative support to Human Resources Manager
