Let’s connect to explore ideas and drive impact together.My work spans global organizations such as the International Labour Organization and Dalberg, where I have developed impactful solutions in labour rights, employment, gender, climate change, health, and agriculture.As the Manager of Senegal’s Women’s Investment Club (WIC), I designed and structured West Africa’s first investment fund for women-led SMEs, WIC Capital, providing critical access to financing and technical support.I hold masters degrees in Finance and Economic Development from the University of Glasgow and Business and Finance from the Polytechnic School of Dakar. Currently, I’m pursuing a postgraduate program in Data Analytics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to deepen my skills in solving complex challenges. I also studied Public Policy Analysis at LSE and Public Management at Howard University.
