About Francine Parham

I am the Founder and CEO of FrancineParham & Co., and NextUpInc., organizations that work with companies to prepare their women and women of color to advance in the workplace. With over 20 years of experience as an accomplished global executive at two iconic companies, JNJ and GE, I have developed the knowledge and strategic skills to succeed in diverse and complex business environments. My mission and the companies I’ve founded is to share the expertise and insights with individuals and organizations who want to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces, where women and women of color can thrive and lead. I personally do this through my latest published book, Please Sit Over There and The Ultimate Career Pocket Guide, my media channel, Advancing Women in the Workplace, and my speaking engagements at various forums and events as a thought leader. I am also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council as a member of their research community, a member the of ForbesBLK community, a SheSource expert, and a former senior fellow at The Conference Board. I am passionate about positioning women and women of color to achieve their professional goals and aspirations.
